Tribunal investigation report The International Crimes Tribunal’s investigation agency has submitted an investigation report against Sheikh Hasina on charges of murder and crimes against humanity during the mass uprising of students and the public in July-August. This investigation report was submitted to the Chief Prosecutor today, Monday.

Earlier on May 9, Chief Prosecutor Mohammad Tajul Islam said, ‘The International Crimes Tribunal’s investigation agency will submit the investigation report on the July massacre against Sheikh Hasina to the Chief Prosecutor on Monday.’

On the same day, he also said in a Facebook post, “After the investigation report is submitted, the formal trial against Hasina will begin by filing a formal complaint, i.e., a ‘formal charge’.”
The Chief Prosecutor also said, ‘An investigation report has already been submitted against senior police officers for the Chankharpul murder. “Formal charges for the formal trial for the murder will be filed this week, and through this, the formal trial of the July massacre will begin, God willing.”
