Desk Report: BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Standing Committee member Mirza Abbas, Gayeshwar Chandra Roy and 70 others have been acquitted in a case filed under the Special Powers Act on charges of setting fire to motorcycles and creating havoc in the capital’s Shahbagh police station area.
